Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of operations management in enhancing employee performance at PT. Cosmicon Enermatik Medan. Operations management plays a crucial role in organizing, controlling, and optimizing various company activities to ensure that work processes function effectively and efficiently. Effective operations management encompasses work planning, resource organization, work process supervision, and employee performance evaluation to support the achievement of corporate objectives. A qualitative research method with a descriptive approach was employed. Data collection involved observation, interviews, and the review of documentation regarding operations management practices and the state of employee performance at PT. Cosmicon Enermatik Medan. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing to gain insight into the relationship between operations management and improved employee performance. The research findings indicate that the effective implementation of operations management positively influences the improvement of employee performance. It can be concluded that operations management implemented in a structured and sustainable manner enhances work effectiveness and employee performance at PT. Cosmicon Enermatik Medan. The company needs to continuously develop its operational systems, enhance employee competence, and strengthen work supervision to achieve optimal organizational performance.
